As a currently out-of-work advertising copywriter, I felt I needed an outlet to stay sharp as a writer. But more importantly I needed a place to discuss, rant, complain etc about things. Things that happen to me, things I see, things in the media, etc. This will be a sort of Peter Griffin's "You Know What Really Grinds My Gears?" slash Augusten Burroughs mash up.
For some reason, although I lead a rather mundane life, some of the oddest things happen to me. I am constantly being told to write a memoir about my life. But like I said, my life isn't that exciting, so I guess a blog is a better avenue.
